For over 10 years, I have been the proud owner of Changing Tides Counseling, where our mission is to provide compassionate, client-centered care that supports individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges. With over 20 years of experience, I specialize in working with high-conflict relationships, anxiety, depression, trauma, and addictions. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida and New York and
a Qualified Supervisor in the State of Florida. My academic background includes a Bachelor’s in Psychology, a Master’s in Human Resource Management, a Master’s in Social Work, and a Master’s as a Certified Addictions Professional. When I’m not in a session, I enjoy running, practicing yoga, and spending quality time with my family. My passion for counseling stems from a deep belief that everyone deserves a safe and
